In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Neptune Benson is recalling the Delta UV model EA-4H-10 generator for use with a pool, spa or other product. A link to the CPSC announcement is available in the banner at the top of this page.

If you have a model EA-4H-10 generator, and have not done so already immediately unplug the generator from its power source and stop using the generator. Instructions for how to disconnect the generator are available here and from a link in the banner at the top of this page and throughout the registration site.
To participate in the inspection and replacement program for the generator, we ask that you complete this registration form.
Please note in order to complete the registration, you will need access to your pool or spa as well as a device that can capture and upload photos. When you are ready, hit the Register button below to get started.

The generator will be located in the area where the water supply is connected to your pool or spa. This will generally be below the water level of the pool or spa behind an access panel or skirting at the base of the pool or spa. Please refer to your Spa Owner’s Manual for instructions specific to your Spa Model.
See below for an example of a typical UV Generator Installation on a Spa Unit. If you are unable to capture a photo of the generator, please provide a photo of where the generator is located on the pool or spa.

Next, please if possible, capture a photo of the Manufacturing Plate. The Manufacturing Plate is located on or inside the service door of the unit .
See below for an example of where to locate the Manufacturing Plate and the close-up photo we need.
Your photo should allow us to see the name Delta UV at the top and clearly read the Model number that begins EA-4H-10. If you are unable to see the manufacturing plate or capture a clear photo of it, we ask that you refer to your Spa Owner’s Manual and upload a photo of the Spa Model Number from your manual.

We will contact you within 10 business days to schedule an inspection and the replacement of your Delta UV EA-4H-10 generator.
Your unit will be replaced free of charge by an authorized service provider. Due to the heightened demand for ultraviolet technology and equipment in response to COVID-19, the timetable for Neptune Benson to execute the replacement is uncertain, and there could be delays between the receipt of this request and the service visit.
Please unplug the unit, keep it unplugged and not use the Delta UV unit again until it has been replaced.
