Step 2: Tell Us About Your Products

Please use the tool below to enter in the information about your products. You will be asked to provide the item code and date of manufacture for each affected product. The item code and date of manufacture are found at the back of each bottle towards the bottom.

You will also be required to provide a photo that clearly shows the item code (XX-XXXX) and date of manufacture (MM/YY) for each product you register.

We ask that you please write a unique number on each bottle you are registering. For example, before you photograph your first bottle you will write the number 1 on the bottle. Before you photograph your second bottle, you will then write the number 2 on the bottle and so on. Even if you are only registering one bottle, please go ahead and write a 1 on your bottle before you take the photo. See our example photos below.

Before you upload, please take a moment to review each photo and confirm that it includes a clear picture of your product label so that we are able to see the item code and date as well as the number you have written on the bottle. All refunds will be based solely on the information we are able to verify in the photos so this is an important step!

After you have completed the information and uploaded the photo for your first bottle, click the “Add to Cart” button to add that item to your registration. Then, repeat the process if you have multiple bottles to register.

Please note, you may only register 10 products per registration form. If you have more than 10 products, please complete a separate registration form for the remaining products.

PLEASE NOTE: If the manufacture date on your bottle is not listed, your paint is not affected by this recall. You do not need to register and you can continue using your paint without concern.

IMPORTANT: the dollar amount of your refund check will be directly based on what we are able to verify in your photos. We need to be able to clearly see the product information on the label in the photos that you upload for each product. Please note, if the image in your photo is different than what you registered for; your refund amount will based solely from the product in the photo.

Step 3: Properly dispose of your product.

NOTE: The product can be disposed of by simply pouring it down your sink drain. Please be sure to rinse any area clean that the paint has touched. The packaging or bottle that your paint was in can be disposed of by utilizing your normal trash disposal.

Your registration will be reviewed and verified. Once your registration has been verified we will generate your refund check which is directly based on what we are able to verify in your photos. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund check.
