Step 3 - Unplug the unit. Write today's date and your last name on the front and take a photograph of the item, including the power cord. Next, carefully cut the power cord. For the second photograph turn the unit upside-down so you can see the batch code on the bottom and fix the severed cord in one of the slots. Write your last name and date on the unit again. See examples below.
IMPORTANT: Please note we will ship you the quantity of bottle warmers we are able to verify in your photos. Please be sure that your photo clearly shows the batch code and that each cord has been severed in photo 2.

Step 4 - Dispose of the unit
Step 5 - Click submit below. We will check the details and photos, and then you will receive a tracking number by email once the product is in transit to you. Please allow 5 working days.
